Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd., a licensed, bonded and insured construction company, specializes in the construction of one-of-a-kind, high-end custom homes. The company is locally and nationally highly awarded. Based in north Scottsdale since 1978, Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd. has constructed exquisite custom homes throughout the most prestigious communities of the Northeast valley and recently "Verrado" in the West valley for discriminating clients from all over the world. The homes feature state of the art technology and the highest level of quality building products, finishes and amenities.

Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd. has a reputation for honesty and dealing fairly in all aspects of the business. That, and a genuine concern for an impeccable finished product have been the company's two guiding lights from the very beginning.

In 1977, Anthony Salcito, Sr. and his family moved to Arizona to be closer to their extended family and in 1978, he started Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd. in the Pinnacle Peak Shadows of North Scottsdale. Since that time, the Salcito?s have completed more than two hundred and fifty one-of-a-kind luxury custom homes, as well as several high-end commercial buildings and tenant improvements.

"The stability of the company has remained consistent and so has our satisfied client base. Our repeat business consistently accounts for approximately 20% of our total annual sales. That is an accomplishment few companies can claim. That?s really because we approach the custom home building process as far more than simply a business endeavor. To us, each project is a major commitment to client and colleague alike. Strict adherence to implementing high-end building products in everything we do, regardless of size, shape or complexity sets us apart. In retrospect, we know that we?ve lost deals because of our unwillingness to cut costs in areas of seemingly hidden quality. However, the projects we have done speak for themselves and also for the extraordinary clients that we?ve been fortunate enough to work with. Most importantly though, the homes continue to stand the test of time."

Having built for years in so many high-end communities throughout the valley, Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd. is on the preferred builders list in several communities. Currently, Tony and his wife of 39 years, Donna, live in the Country Club at DC Ranch, a DMB community, and enjoy the amenities the community has to offer. Also, his son, Anthony, Vice President and Co/owner of Salcito Custom Homes, Ltd., resides in and is an active member of the acclaimed community and looks forward to participating in its continued growth.
